The Research Areas of FHR

The scientific work of the institute is characterised by the application of fundamental methods of the technology and signal processing to concrete questions and permanently leads to many new results.
The main research emphases of the institute, which primarily arise from the concrete problems in the defense area and are coordinated with the BMVg and the scientific advisory board of the FHR, were subdivided into eight areas:

>>Imaging Radar
>>Phased Array Radar
>>Bi- and Multi-Static Radar
>>Non-Cooperative Target Identification
>>Electronic Countermeasures for Radar and Jamming Techniques
>>mmWave Radar and Tera-Hertz Sensoring
>>Antennas and Scattering
>>Radar for Space Reconnaissance

You receive further information if you select the research areas in the navigation bar on the left.
